EMPLOYEE BONUS REFERRAL POLICY

Any active employee of MyCon LLC can refer a candidate towards an open position at the company.  If the candidate is hired and remains on the company’s payroll for a minimum of three months from the date of hire, the referring employee shall be paid a sum of $500.00 as a referral bonus.  If the hired candidate leaves before a period of three months, voluntarily or through an involuntary termination, no referral bonus shall be paid.  There is no limit on the number of referrals an employee can make, nor is there a limit on the number of referral bonuses that can be collected, so long as the criteria laid out by the Employee Bonus Referral Policy are met.

Programmer Analyst.  Multiple Openings. Write design specifications, programming specifications and documentation, develop and maintain web applications written in a Java/J2EE platforms environment. Collaborate with product management to produce functional specifications, including feasibility assessments, engineering time estimates, and strategic value assessments. Design/architecture of new solutions, the refinement of existing code, and the optimization of dynamic web content. Work with business and operations teams to effectively execute requests in the project queue. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master’s degree or equivalent in Comp. Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field and one year experience (or 1 yr exp as Software Engineer, Developer, Computer Programmer, or related occupation.)  Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
