We always advocate for including a QA component into all of the development and support teams we create for our clients to ensure that those who are writing the code are not the same ones who are responsible for verifying and testing the code. However, in some cases our clients are in need of dedicated QA teams to help compliment their ongoing development and testing efforts. We have been very successful in creating long term testing partnerships with our commercial clients that take advantage of the "follow the sun" capabilities afforded by our global delivery teams. An overview of our capabilities is as follows:

• Test lab setup, maintenance, and support - Mycon can successfully re-create test environments for practically all types of environments including custom networking, different OS and hardware versions, mobile application device labs, VOIP labs, and traditional n-tier applications.
• Test case development - Considering the move from manual testing to automated testing? A great place to start is with a well defined set of manual test cases. Mycon has certified test engineers who can create both manual and automated test cases for you.
• Test framework development - In some cases, true product integrity requires doing actual development to create a test harness that can fully exercise code and ensure a high degree of code coverage. We have successfully built a variety of automated test harnesses that can help support quicker testing and promote greater confidence in the code you are shipping to your customers.
• White Box/Black Box testing - Based on a solid test plan and set of test cases, our QA Engineers can help take complete ownership or support your White Box and Black Box testing.
• Regression testing (manual and automated) - If you are on a daily build cycle, our global delivery teams can take advantage of the time zone difference to perform full regression passes for your builds. When you come into work the next day, you have a detailed report showing which test cases passed, which ones failed, and which ones were unable to be run.
• Performance testing/performance tuning - We have helped a wide variety of clients in a variety of deployment environments with performance testing, bottleneck identification, and then tuning to improve performance. Through our partnerships with leading ISPs we have the ability to simulate traffic and load from multiple points across the web.
